I was so honoured to be a part of this wedding of my two good friends in March in Vancouver! The day dawned rainy, but the rain did little to dampen anyone’s spirits–in fact, we had so much fun running around in the rain in gum boots for the portrait session after the ceremony! By the time we made it down to the waterfront at Lonsdale Quay the rain was really coming down and the wind had picked up as well. When I went to open up the umbrella we’d brought, the wind instantly took it and turned it inside out! But it made for some great photos and we all had a good laugh about it.

Their beautiful wedding rings were custom designed by the couple–aren’t they beautiful?!

These two make such a wonderful (not to mention gorgeous!) couple and it’s easy to see the love shared between the two. Thanks to the happy couple for having me document their special day.
