This August wedding day started off with a bit of a drizzle and then an absolute downpour while the bride and groom were getting ready. We kept peering out the barn doors at Kildara Farms and just when it was time for the radiant Amanda to walk down the aisle the rain began to lighten up and eventually stop completely. After the ceremony we spent some time taking photos around the farm, which was so green and lush from the bit of rain, and then headed to the secluded beach at the end of the street for a few more portraits. The evening saw the guests enjoying the garden area outside the main wedding barn. A few of the kids spotted the stunning cake and one of my favourite photos is of them admiring the cake which was just out of reach behind a light gauzy sheet. Amanda and Gabriel celebrated with their first dance in the garden as the evening turned to dusk.
